Services added to electronic invoicing
Scanning on incoming invoices
The handling of incoming invoices is much easier with our scanning service. When you open the service, you will get a dedicated address that you can give to companies still sending you paper invoices. Invoices that arrive at that address are scanned, interpreted and forwarded to you electronically.
Opening the service is free. There is a minimum transaction fee of 40€ / month. Receipt, scanning and interpretation of invoices starts from 1,20€ per a three-page invoice and decreases with volume. Additional services regarding handling, interpretation and security of invoices are available as needed. Scanning can be activated from your Maventa account by going into Settings/Scan account.
Debt collection services
Debt collection ensures timely realization of cash flow and thus secures your business operations. Maventa offers a debt collection service provided by Duetto Group. The costs of debt collection are covered by the debtor. You can activate debt collection services from the settings-page in your Maventa account, where you will find the option under the page Company Settings (requires logging in). After this, unpaid invoices can be moved to debt collection on a case-by-case basis. Our partner Duetto Group also offers additional services related to debt collection.
Maventa Key: Strong authentication
Our service normally works with a login/password-combination. In addition to this we offer and recommend a strong form of authentication that compltely ensures that no outsiders get access to your invoicing data. Maventa's authentication key is an internationally awarded solution for ensuring the identity of the user. You only need the Maventa Key, which you can use with any USB port on any computer. We deliver the keys quickly and securely. Maventa recommends strong authentication to all clients, but especially those, who manage multiple invoicing accounts through one Maventa account.

Digital signatures
Digital signatures ensure the identity of the sender. If the contents of an invoice or other message are changed, the digital signature will not match. This ensures the authenticity of the message. Digital signatures are required by law in for example Germany and Spain, and Maventa's solution meets the strict requirements of both SigG and SigV signatures in Germany.
