Visma Services Infocon, who offer quality enterprise resource management services to an international clientele, have selected Maventa as their partner in electronic invoicing.
"Our customers ask for electronic invoicing and it is important for us to be able to offer is as a part of our service package", says IT Manager Niklas Roitto from Visma Services Infocon. "Additionally, the savings in costs and time are notable benefits."
According to Roitto, Maventa's compatibility is an important feature of the service. "Our ERP system Visma Business uses the Visma-XML invoice format, which was quickly incorporated within Maventa." Visma was thus able to enable electronic invoicing without any process changes.
"Maventa is a great way to get quickly started with electronic invoicing, which is a big plus", Roitto says, also commending the flexibility of the system.
