Ecom provides ERP software and services and saves both their own and their customers' time with Maventa.
"The benefits of electronic invoicing have been long discussed, but the practical adoption has been slowed down by the restrictions between different services and their compatibility, in addition to poor interfaces", says Jarmo Kähkönen from Ecom.
Maventa was the first electronic invoicing service with flexibility, compatibility and adaptability meeting Ecom's needs. Before marketing Maventa to their customers, Ecom adopted the service internally. "We calculate to have saved half an hour of working time each day", Kähkönen says.
Electronic invoicing is completely integrated into Ecom's ERP software. "Maventa is the furthest integrated electronic invoicing service. Its usability is exactly what it should be, meaning that it is as unnoticeable to the user as possible." Other benefits of Maventa are flexibility and integration options. It allows for future value-added services that will in addition to invoices manage the exchange of other types of documents, such as orders.
